KeystoneSource Sourcing Terms of Service
These terms cover use of the KeystoneSource Sourcing website and the procurement form at /service/feedback.act. They do not create a construction contract, a dealer agreement, or a purchase order for a modular building.
Who operates the desk
KeystoneSource Sourcing is an independent sourcing partner. Submitting a brief authorizes the desk to read the specification and to ask factories for quotations on that written basis. It does not appoint the desk as the buyer’s agent for signature, and it does not reserve a production slot. The desk does not claim authorized dealer status for Guerdon or any other named company.
What a submission is
The form collects a name, a company, a work email, an optional phone, and a procurement requirement. Optional budget and supplier preference are buyer notes. They are not a price offer and not a verified rating of any plant. If the browser blocks script, those notes belong inside the requirement text.
No building is sold from this site
Inquiry cards name forms such as a volumetric module, a portable office, a classroom, a panelized house, or a cabin. A card is a label for discussion. It is not a warranty of fit, a stock position, or a statement that the unit matches a named manufacturer’s system. Drawings, calculations, and code review stay with the supplier and with professionals licensed for the project location.
Quotes and scope
Factory numbers, when they arrive, are the factory’s figures. Shell, delivered, installed, and turnkey descriptions must be read with their exclusions. Freight, tax, foundation work, and the set can sit outside a module price. KeystoneSource Sourcing does not publish a savings figure and does not lock a delivery week.
Acceptable use
Do not submit another person’s personal data without authority. Do not use the form to request original-brand goods on the premise that this desk can allocate them. The form has no file field. Later document exchange happens only after a person replies.
Liability boundary
Information on these pages is a procurement checklist. It can be incomplete for a specific county, wind exposure, or snow case. The buyer remains responsible for the final specification, the contract with the supplier, and compliance with the authority having jurisdiction. To the extent the law allows, KeystoneSource Sourcing is not liable for a factory’s late reply, a rejected permit, or a site condition that was absent from the brief.
Changes
The desk may revise these terms by updating this page. A brief sent before a revision is handled under the text that was posted when the form was submitted. Questions about a brief already sent should repeat the project name in a new form entry so the two messages can be matched.
