Independent sourcing service. KeystoneSource Sourcing is not Guerdon and does not claim authorized dealer status. Alternative modular and portable buildings are what this desk can ask factories to quote.

KeystoneSource Sourcing Privacy Policy

This policy describes how KeystoneSource Sourcing handles information typed into the procurement form. It is not a construction contract and it does not make the desk a dealer for any modular brand a visitor searched.

What the form collects

The form asks for a name, a company, a work email, an optional phone number, and a procurement requirement. If JavaScript is available, a product interest, an optional budget, a currency, a per-module or whole-project basis, and a supplier preference can be appended to that requirement at submit time. The textarea the visitor typed is not rewritten on screen. Without JavaScript, those extra notes are whatever the visitor typed into the requirement box.

Why it is collected

The desk uses the brief to understand the building use, the dimensions, the quantity, the destination, and the timing, and to ask factories for quotations on that basis. A budget figure is a buyer target, not a price the desk has verified. A supplier preference is a buyer note, not a rating of a plant.

Who can see it

People operating this inquiry desk can read the submission. A factory receives the project facts needed to quote, not a claim that the visitor is a customer of any named brand. The desk does not sell the form contents as a marketing list. Hosting and mail providers that transmit the form see the data as part of that transmission.

How long it is kept

A brief is kept while the inquiry is open and for a limited period afterward so a follow-up can be matched to the same project name. The visitor can ask, through a new form entry that repeats the project name, that a stored brief be corrected or deleted, subject to records a supplier already received.

What this page does not do

The site does not ask for payment card numbers. It does not offer an account login. It does not place a tracking pixel in the requirement text. Browser storage used for the sourcing-benefit notice records only the first time that notice was shown and, for the current session, whether the visitor hid the ticker. That storage is not the procurement brief.

Contact about a brief

Questions about a submission go back through the same form, with the project name repeated, because no separate public mailbox is configured. KeystoneSource Sourcing will use that second message to find the first.
