Independent sourcing service. KeystoneSource Sourcing is not Guerdon and does not claim authorized dealer status. Alternative modular and portable buildings are what this desk can ask factories to quote.

Inquiry desk

Contact KeystoneSource Sourcing

No street address, telephone switchboard, or public social account is published, because none is configured for this desk. The form is the intake. A reviewer reads the specification, quantity, destination, and timing, then asks factories about alternative modular and portable buildings. Messages are not official correspondence for Guerdon, and the desk does not claim authorized dealer status.

Where to write

Use the stepped form on this page or the compact dialog opened from a product card. Both keep the requirement and contact details together. Do not mail drawings to a guessed office.

What reaches a person

Company, work email, and the requirement text. Phone is optional. There is no separate inbox published on this page, so the form is the channel.

When it is read

The next reply checks for open inputs. No clock is promised for the first reply. Missing wind or snow values are queried. They are not filled in to make a quote look finished.

Three steps, one submission

  1. 1

    Buyer identity

Start with name, work email and company. Phone is optional. These details stay with the building requirement when the brief is submitted.

  2. 2

    Building requirement

List the drawings and the load sheet you can share later. The form has no upload field. State the code jurisdiction and mark unknown loads as unknown.

  3. 3

    Review and preferences

The fields below are the submission. Optional currency, per-module or whole-project budget, and supplier preference merge into the requirement on send when JavaScript runs. Without JavaScript, type them in the box.

A useful first message names the occupancy, the length and width, the module height, and whether the unit is a finished box or a panel kit. Add the city or county so the code jurisdiction is not guessed from a brand search. If wind speed, ground snow load, or seismic design category is already on an engineer’s sheet, copy the units. If not, write unknown. State the quantity as modules or buildings and the destination as a place a truck can reach. Say whether freight and the set are inside the ask. An optional USD figure should say whether it is per module or for the whole project. High-end, mid-range, budget, or undecided describes finish and service. It is not a score of a plant, and no live quotation is required before you send the note.
